Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days after receiving the item

If your item hasn’t arrived, you can let the us know and we’ll have to either send a replacement or give you your money back. If your item has arrived, but there’s something wrong with it, or it doesn’t match the listing description, you can return it too.

If you change your mind after you get the items,we also can accept the return,and customers need to pay the return shipping,after we receive the returned packages,then we can do the refund to you.

Refunds
