Aggressive and focused
Put it into my custom built ibanez style electric guitar (bridge). It has quite scooped mids and high output, which makes it, as the title says, very aggressive and focused sounding. The low end is rather tight, but also has this huge (a bit boomy) bass. The highs are also a bit shrill, but nothing severe. The bass and treble "problem" is in a large extent solvable with a simple eq. Not the best pickups in the world, but I'm satisfied and glad that i have this beast handy for the more aggressive stuff.

My fav pckups !!
I have 12 electric guitars. I have play whith Dimarzio and Seymour Duncan pickups : they are very good and very expensive... I have 3 guitars with Artec HXTN Hot Rail Humbucker pickups and they have a a very very good and BIG sound now !!! I love this pickups , they are great !!
